2. PENNSYLVANIA ADVERTISING & PRICING COMPLIANCE
In accordance with the Pennsylvania Board of Vehicles and 37 Pa. Code § 301.2, all advertised prices are subject to the following conditions:
Excluded Charges: Advertised prices represent the vehicle price only and DO NOT include state sales tax, title fees, license fees, or registration fees.
Documentary Fees: In compliance with the Commonwealth's strict fee caps for 2026, a negotiable documentary fee of up to $490.00 for electronic processing (or $409.00 for manual processing) may be added to the final sale price. This fee represents costs incurred by the dealer for the preparation of sales and titling documents.
Rebates & Incentives: Any listed incentives or financing offers are subject to credit approval and may require specific lender qualifications.
3. INVENTORY AVAILABILITY & PRIOR SALE
All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Due to the high turnover rate of our inventory, a vehicle listed online may have already been sold or may be under a deposit agreement. 6. FINANCING & CREDIT DISCLOSURE
The "Payment Calculator" and "Credit Application" tools are provided as a convenience only.
Estimates: Monthly payment estimates are not a quote or a guarantee of credit.
